How we compare months.
Housing figures are labelled by geographic coverage and source. Permit approvals are not counted as construction starts or completions. Quarterly and annual comparisons appear only when comparable history exists. The October report is our baseline; later issues will link back here so readers can track change.
MLS listing-level details and restricted Matrix data are excluded until permitted exports and appropriate publication rights are established.
